T3/T4 Owners

Just wanted to know what have some t3/t4 owners have upgrade on a 4g63 motor?

What are some most-do's to the motor? (what must u replace)
(block/head parts)and ( should u replace pistons, rods..etc)

and what are some stuff u really dont need to replace?

depends on your goals, what type of t3/t4 turbo you're running, how much boost , etc. etc.

i guess to base it you dont need to touch internals [probably with the exception of a metal headgasket ] until you start boosting 22+psi with a 50 trim..
