If I replace my stock t25 with a t28 do I need some type of fuel management?

My 1995 Tsi is completely stock but the t25 is going out and I can get a t28 for $200 so I'm wondering if I should put on a t28.

Stop with the e316g. He's trying to go as simple as possible here. The big t28 is a direct bolt on no installation kit required unlike the e316g. Also the big t28 flows identical to the e316g. Additionally the big T28 spools up identically to the stock t25. There is no lag. It spools up ridiculously fast.
