t3/t28 same as t28?

what is the difference between a t3/t28 and a regular t28 turbo? Will the t3/t28 bolt up to my car in place of the stock t25 the same as the regular t28 will?

If you are looking for a 28 style turbo you either get the Forced Performance BIG 28 or you get the BIG T28 KILLER. Both of these turbos will bolt right up and perform like a 16G turbo.

I understand that, im not oblivious to the function of a t28. I have not heard much about the t3/t28 version of the t28 and am curious if it will bolt on the same as the t28 or if it has a different type housing that would require an installation kit such as the 16g would on a 2g. A friend of mine has the t3/t28 turbo for sale and i was wondering if it was worth the money to buy this turbo off of him or to go to fp and get the standard t28.

if i remember correctly, those are not produced by the same manufacturer... but im a bit tired, could be very wrong. If that is the case, they will not "bolt " up.

a nissan rb25 motor uses a t3 turbine housing, ball bearing cartridge and t28 compressor.. probably where you heard about it from.

will it bolt on? no
