Being that the 2g T25 turbo flow isnt that great... i will be turboing my 420a using that turbo along with a small FMIC..

stock internals
12:1 fmu
etc..

i hear 8lbs max, but being that the T25 air flow sucks, (as i heard) do you think i can up the boost?

and also just to confirm..

can i use 550s injectors on stock ecu? if so which kind is best?

it would work, if you want it to. good luck finding a manifold with a MHI flange. Most if them are just t3, so you'll need an adapter. As far as "cranking" the boost, no. 8lbs is 8lbs, when you use a 12:1 fmu, 8 lbs creates a ton of fuel pressure. The fuel system needs upgraded if you're running more.

550's will need some sort of tuning device, i.e. megasquirt, safc, ect...

yea i understand that.. thx.. but the main thing i would really like to know is, what is the biggest size injectors we can use on stock ECU.. ive gotten different answers.. i hear 310s, i heard 550s just today...

im just trying to stay away from running my stock ones at 100% at high rpms where theres a big chance of leaning out

You can use 450cc injectors for the 4g63, there's a good write up on 2gnt wiki for project sleeper. Its a guide for beginners, just my opinion though but its a good read.
