It's very very simple and straight forward. You just get a 14b (you can get them cheap in the classifieds section), gaskets, crush washers, and possibly an oil return line depending if you need it or not. Take off the t25 and put on the 14b. I recommend just ordering a 16g install kit as it will come with the intercooler piping needed to connect the 14b to the stock 2g side mounted intercooler (aka SMIC). Under the heat shield there are 4 14mm bolts that connect the turbo to the manifold. There are 3 14mm bolts that connect the turbo to the o2 housing (aka exhaust), and 1 14mm nut with a washer. The oil and water lines (bango bolts that hold the oil feed, and water feed / return lines one), I use a 7/8" wrench to take them off. There is also 10mm bolts that hold the oil drain line on (2 at the turbo, 2 at the oil pan). If you need anything else feel free to PM me or just post here. Hope this helped.

In the posts above there are links to a couple different web sites selling 16g install kits for the 95-99 eclipse and that is exactly what you need.

VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions has the install FAQ on how to install a 16g turbo, which is nearly identical to a 14b. My advice would be to go there first and learn what it requires to put one in.

Almost any DSM vendor will have a 16g/14b install kit. A 1g oil return line should work just fine; I used one on my 95 GSX when I installed my 14b.
