Surging?

Hey, small little problem this morning.. I start my car and drive away, normally I let it warm up before I floor it but I'm in a hurry. I floor it in first and as soon as I hit full boost the car starts surging.. It does the same in second, but about 10 minutes later it stops doing it entirely. It was about 12 degrees Celcius, so it wasn't too cold out or anything. Any idea, is it even a problem?

Your car and all of the sensors need to warm up to normal operating temperature to function properly. Just don't get on it when the motor is still cold.

I wouldn't worry about the surge, just don't do it again.
