Thanks Derek.. yes this intercooler kicks ass.
I have the buschur uicp and it is about 1" too short when mounted so we got a couple rubber couplers and a piece of 2" abs plastic and made an extention to hit the throttle bottle elbow. Also, if anyone is planning on doing this, make sure you mount the smic as far back towards the tire as possible. The reason for this is that the ####ing outlet on the supra smic hits the popup window motor and keeps popping the little arm off.
Also on 90's you will have to pull up the coolant overflow bottle and relocate it a few inches higher or forward.

I'm amazing at low end response now.. before on my smic and 16g it would heatsoak in no time..

The lower pipe for the i/c is extremely easy to make
just need a 90 metal elbow from a muffler shop and a few 2" couplers from home depot, you cut the stock lower i/c pipe and attach the metal elbow and twist it around until it fits.

I feel so bad for you...really i do. Heat soaking and all in the middle of the winter. im so glad i live somewhere where i dont have to worry about heat soak 7 months out of the year.

its 19* right now, the warmest its been in weeks. i hate you all.

check over the supra forums, those guys are always looking to sell their old sidemounts because they got a new front mount.

It doesnt hang very low on my friends, although the LICP did blow off once, but its been fine ever since. I plan on custom fabricating a solid, straight LICP with my Supra sidemount when I get it. Ill post the homemade LICP, UICP, and anything else that I decide to rig up ;)

Just for reference, the stock sidemount is 190ci and the supra intercooler is 496ci. That is a huge difference. It's 2.6's times the size as a stock one.. Almost as efficient as the guys who weld 3 stock ic's together to make a fmic. This was a great solution to my heatsoak with less than $200 spent.

The pipes are super easy to make.. Keep in mind that you will probably have to run to home depot, a muffler shop, or schucks to get the metal elbows and reducers a few times. When you get down in there to install it you can guess yourself to get an idea of what you will need. It's not really that hard. I had about $20 invested in the lower pipe.

how hard wus it making the pipes, i have a friend who works for procharger and i can't front mounts for 200 bucks...i just worried about piping

As far as rigging the pipes, its covered in all the VFAQ's. All you need is some elbows and t-clamps from Home Depot and your set. Just follow the VFAQ and itll give you a check list ;) Like I said, I plan on using hard pipes in place of the soft stock hoses.

Yes you will see similar pressure drop, no i dont think its a bad idea. people use the supra sidemount with the 14B with very good results, i dont see how the T25 could be very much different.
