My sunroof producing a lot of windnoise. The rubber seal around the glass slowly starts to get brittle. Is there a way to fix it? because i think with the age of the car, buying another one is something of a gamble...
I was thinking about to cut a rubbersheet to fit on the place where the rubber from the sunroof sealing with the carroof.
are there any allready made solutions that work?(I only found threads about broken sunroof handles...)

Find the part number in a parts diagram and see if anyone has it in stock. Although it's probably a discontinued part like the rest of the seals we need.

The other option I can think of is using some windshield rubber seal like the windshield replacement guys use. There's like 5 different shapes, surely one will work if you bend it right.

Time for a sunroof delete. Did one on one of my Maximas for a similar reason. Wasn’t too bad of a job tbh.

Weight off the top of the car is always a good thing and you get a little more headroom also.
