Suggestions and Advice on turboing my 2.4 Stroker sohc

Ok Guys im gonna go through with this but heres the deal i want to make sure i go big on this i was gonna buy a race motor from ffwd connections but thats about 6,000 and yeah i dont know about that. i was thinking of changing the internals plus put on a performance head by buschur heres a list of everything i got with prices i want you guys to tell me what im missing or what i should need please only give positive replies thank you 600.00 16g turbo

with the gm maf you will also need translator 200$ and piping from dejon or other 170 or so.

thats 1747 an aem with the needed sensors is the same price and all this stuff can be eliminated. do it right the first time dont waste it with this stuff the aem does all of this


as far as fuel goes i would either do a walbro 255 or if you wanna go big do an aeromotive but your also gonna need a regulator and a rail. the accel is a little expensive compared to walbro you can get them from ebay stores for 90 or so.


and dont forget your gonna need a couple hundred for gaskets and seals.

one last thing if your going to put all this good stuff into your car i would go a little bigger on the turbo you will be set for 500 hp why not put a turbo in that can do it. i suggest an fp they are about 1200-1500 and bolt right up to your exhaust and manifold. only problem with that is youd have to add an external wastegate.



check all your prices against ebay stores i see a couple that ive seen cheeper
ive seen fidanza flywheels for 200 so i would assume theyd have an act on there pretty close

it does all the sequential boost control turbo timing evrything that the list i wrote out would do.

well http://www.aempower.com/product_ems.asp has all you need to decide and then get in the aem forum to get into other features. i dont know what else i can say. but if you plan on doing all of that syuff at once just get the aem if that list is for the next 5 years then go ahead and go by your list.
