On a Jet Plane,
Illinois
TrboBlu is still under the knife. There were some hairline cracks in the towers. I'm going to guess these were from the *awesome* high-performance suspension parts that consisted of ebay coilovers on stock, blown struts. The car could probably rattle my brain back into being sane.
Also grabbed the washer line from the white talon; which is looking kinda sad... all up on the trailer.
This week should allow for painting on the strut towers as well as the engine bay. No more nasty blue.
OH! There was more dissambly required than originally thought. The coolant tube that runs along block was crushed. So, the intake, turbo and manifold were all removed. This brings me to the option of delaying this car a few more weeks and rebuilding the other 7 bolt engine. I already have the head done it would just be a matter of getting some lower end goodies. Still debating on this, tho.
