Hey guys, I just purchased a set of eagle stroker rods and a 100mm stroker crank, I'm wondering what pistons are available for these rods that fit standard bore? Thanks!

Confirm rod length if they are 150mm or 156mm. Then we can give you options. Worst case scenario, post up the rod part number.

I haven't got them yet.. But here is one rod..

150mm standard length eagle H-beams 7-bolt application. Check out Ross 9:1 stroker pistons.

The VERY BEST piston will be your favorite brand. Seriously, think about it. Its so true. Its like saying Kawasaki is the best dirt-bike. If Yamaha was your favorite brand you'd say Yamaha is the absolute best. They're all so competative and close for what they are. Pistons alike, the actual name brand expensive pistons are all so close in terms of what they offer.

Find a namebrand piston that is for sure to fit with your rod and crank set up and that's it really. A particular brand won't matter so much as long as its reputable. Like I said, the best piston will be your favorite. Piston life is all in the tune. I don't care if you got the nicest pistons money can buy, if ya got a major dumbass ticklin the keys of the laptop "tuning" you'll still melt the pistons or ruin 'em some how. Then on the exact oppisite of the spectrum you can have the shitiest worn out china pistons ever but if ya got the mad scientist doctor emmit browm at the helm of the laptop workin magic on the tune the pistons will be just fine.

Get name brand, then get a trust worthy tune and you'll be fine

Ok that helps, I was looking for some eagle stroker pistons, but I didn't really stumble upping anything, anyone got any or know where the best place to get a set is?

Indeed pistons would be hard to source from a company that only makes rods and cranks. Look to another brand for pistons.

We'll they sell "stroker kits" and they have pistons with them so I figured they might re-sell a brand if piston, how about wiseco?

You could go with whatever you want, here is an example off of this website. You have different compression ratios to chose from. Not all of these are stroker pistons, so keep an eye on that.

EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts

In my opinion, if you want to to use pump gas, go with a low compression. Something like 8.5, although this is something that is always up for discussion.

Which ones should I go for, none specifically say. "Stroker".. I have purchased any

I have the Wiseco K596M855's I used to replace my JE's. The valve reliefs melted on the JE's due to improperly high timing up top/a double edged sword but that is what I concluded.

Comparing a good Wiseco to a good JE piston, you can see the Wiseco has a little (not a whole lot/but it's there) bit more metal on the valve relief. That's why I went with them. Also, the wrist pins are full floating which helps in the added stress' of a 2.3 (un-proven really). 20K miles of E85 27+PSI daily driven miles on Wisecos and they're holding up well.

Even an excellent piston can turn into much like this one (JE stroker piston/mine) with poor tuning as stated in an above post:

From what I've read and heard Ross and wiseco are real good. I put wiseco 9:1 pistons on my 2.3 stroker with eagle h beam rods and an eagle crank. Make sure if you bought a "kit" you get it balanced. Correct me if I'm wrong someone but I don't think they balance them.

I have over 50k on my Eagle H beam rods and 9:1 Wiseco stroker pistons (.020 over). After the initial break in, I have used AMS Oil 20W-50 religiously.
