Well it was a PITA

Cliff note:
remove green circut board (carefuly)
Durmel out stock gauge sittings
Drumel back of black cover
mark drill points
buy used cluster because you screwed up the Circut board, repeat 1-4 (From you)
rewire everything again
extend OPG wiring
place gauges in cluster
adjust
adjust again
tighten gauges
put back together (pray)
