stock turbo or not?

could you help me out, do you know what turbo this is? stock or not?96 gst
its hard for me to get the #'s off of it,did the best i could i searched,and i flipped the picture over and zoomed in and all i can make out is the last # of the two?looks like a 3 or 8? first of the 2 is to hard to read?

Get a logger along with everything else suggested above. You have to be able to tell what the engine is doing to tune it properly.

14b's can support 20+ psi if you upgrade the intercooler and tune it properly. I've got a Supra Side Mount and have no problems run 20 on race gas. 16-18 psi on pump.
