Hey there guy's Im trying to decide on what to do. My stock cam's have a really worn place on the exhaust cam. I have a nother set of staock m/t turbo cam's I was wondering should I just use them or go ahead and get a set of 272 crower cam's or 264/272 combo? Or should I just stick with the stock one's? My mods are built bottom end wiseco 9-0-1 piston's, eagle rod's, decked block, milled head, all arp fastener's, cometic head gasket, evo 3 16g turbo, 680cc injector's, ecu plus, safc2, 255 walbro fuel pump, aeromotice afpr, lightweight flywheel, 3 inch exhasust, evo3 mani, evo 3 atmospheric dump pipe, 2.5 inch downpipe, intake, fmic, 2.5 intercooler pipe. Thank's Dewayne

If you plan on going with a bigger turbo I would do the 272/272 set up. If you are keeping the 16g I would do fp1's.

Not really that worried about the hp I just want my car to run as best as it can with my current mod's. Yes I am planning on going with a bigger turbo in the future I just checked out ams website where they tested the different cam's on a 94 talon stock and the best result was the 272 combo with a little lag which I would be comfortable with since the 16g spool's so quickly anway's as for the not having much power on bottom end or when out of boost that is where my 9-1 compression, block decked, and head milled come in. If I was worried about hp I would like to get within the 380-400 hp to the wheel's.

HKS 264/272's are a good idle and not too aggressive where they will outflow the 16G. I had those with my 16G and they worked pretty good. Just know that your power band will get shifted a little bit and too large of cams will hurt the overall performance of your 16G.
