Ok well heres what we know so far, 4G64 block, 4G64 crank, Forged 4G63 rods, Forged Pistons, Eprom ECU with DSM link, Wal 255, unsure on injectores yet, Midly ported head, and for turbo we are running a t3/t4 style somewhere in the .63 trim area.
Ya with a turbo thats bigger than a 16g. I have 321hp 347tq with a 16g stock cams and a stock side mount so i don't really think it would be that hard.
No tuning device for those injectors? Sounds good.
I believe the turbo we are looking at said it was a .63 trim or we looked at a .57 trim, both had the .63a/r listed with the trim. Its not a super tight budget but my friend is supposed to be helping buy parts and he has helped with anything yet while Im in a grand already.
. Did you see this on ebay? There is a 57-trim garrett. That is a 42lb/min compressor. About like an evo3 16g. Which turbine wheel? Hopefully it's a t31 (t3 stage3) or bigger. If not, then you'll certainly need cams.I also cant afford cams and have decided that I could put that cam money into a larger turbo setup and have a lot more gains than I would if I bought cams. My goal is 550whp on stock cams and intake manifold. You will be fine for your goal.
.63 is an area to radius ratio (a/r) for the turbine housing, not a trim calculation for the compressor wheel. Which turbine wheel are you going to use and which compressor wheel are you going to use. The t3/t4 platform with a .63a/r housing ranges from 350whp to 700whp.
272 style cams work decent with a 4g64 stroke. Better than stock cams with a 4g64 stroke . . . that's for sure. You can get regrinds for under $200.

Well we want at least 400whp if not more so give me some suggestions we dont want to buy a thousand dollar turbo though. We just wanna get it running put down some dyno numbers and sell it
