Stock Cams???

Ok. Need a DSMer to tell me why there are B,H,K, ect markings on stock camshafts? i pulled my valve cover to find out that my cams have a B mark (92 Eagle Talon TSI). So whats the difference, or are these aftermarket?

I am no dsm pro, but that is usually to state where they go, exhaust or intake side.
