So I finally got my evo 3 16g installed and I must say that thing is sweet!
However after putting it to the test I heard this pop and then it started to die and no power and i could barely roll to the side of the road. I felt sad about this time. I got out, popped the hood and looked over everything. I started it up and i heard a noise from the passenger side but I could not keep it running it would die as soon as i let off the gas. So I went to where the SMIC is connected and the piping was not connected. SO I reconnected it and it ran fine.
I drove a bit and all was fine. So I stepped on the throttle to get it going and it came off again!
The piping seems too short to me and its a real pain to get it back on there.
I think I need to get a coupler, is there anyplace that would sell a coupler, instead of having to order online?
also on a side note anyone know what size of studded winter tires I can use on my eclipse? The street tires I have currently are 235/40R18 but the local tires shops dont carry that tire with studs. I want to be able to drive without slipping and sliding all over the ice
