I have a 94 TSi AWD with a '90 6-bolt motor with the air-oil cooler (stock core, stock lines from a GVR4). One of my lines broke and I have no idea what to get to fix (replace). Oil is gushing out everywhere I drive and once again, I have to rollerblade to work (1mi). Does anyone know the proper fitting sizes and hose type I need to get?

Can you post a pic of where it's broken. I might have some stuff around my house to help you.

I don't have a pic, I just got out from under my car and dare not to touch by beloved digital camera - But, my cooler is mounted on the passenger side and the 2 lines run from there to the oil filter housing - I'm not interested in buying stuff unless I can get it tomorrow. Worst case scenario, I'll borrow a line from my cousin's 90GSX... My main problem here is I don't know the sizes and I can't find the specs anywhere online.

Getting this fixed. I was able to bypass the oil cooler by using the 1 good hose I had left (just made a loop with the one line from one side of the oil filter housing to the other). I'm going to find some bolts to plug the oil filter mount and have a local shop modify my exsisting banjo fittings to accept 6AN fittings and line. It's going to cost me like $100 bucks but I'm sick of working on this car already...weather is getting colder...

I had a similar problem on my 90, i threw my old lines out that were bad but come to find out mitsubishi does not make them any more, and no shops had the right fittings so i just plugged the holes. But on machv i saw they sell adapters for the standard fittings, so you might want to look there

damn, i just had the same thing happen to me 2 nights ago, was drivin along and noticed that my oil pressure gauge had dropped, so i stopped and shut er down, oil spewing out everywhere, had it towed home that night, replace the lines w/ gvr4 ones(which mount on the opposite side, so for now its just zip-tied in there), now i gotta new problem...when all the oil spilled out everywhere, i managed to seize my turbo!!! luckily i gotta extra 14b layin here, so its an easy fix... :dsm:

It is my understanding that the an fittings you will need for both the oil cooler and filter housing are 16x1.5mm and can be found most places which sell aeroquip fittings, go with -8 lines as well. Im looking to run this setup as soon as I can get the 6-bolt in, and this info has been the extent of my progress.
