I don't have as much 1G info, this is for the '95:

Cams- nodular cast iron, lobes chilled casting
Cam sprockets- sintered alloy
Crank- nodular iron
Pistons- cast aluminum w/steel strut
Rods- forged carbon steel
Journal end of con rods [rod caps]- kelmet metal w/metal backing
Exhaust manifold- stainless steel (?) 1G is nodular cast iron

They don't mention if the crank is forged or cast.
 
True, but it's still not uncommon to run 300 horsepower for a couple-hundred thousand miles.

I guess some of the wiz-bang racer stuff they get all those dollars for might not be entirely worth it.
