stock injectors?

when i typed my topic in the search box did not open up. i was wondering, i have a 1993 eagle talon turbo FWD and was wondering what the stock injector size was that the car came with? i bought mine with 550cc injectors.

I'l take a 91-94 5 speed eprom if you want to let one go for cheap..

will the stock 450cc injectors in a 2gen work in a 1gen

Yep as long as you keep the fpr from the manual 1g...

I've ran these injectors with no problems in a 1g..

Fuel cut will also depend on the elevation where you live, when i first bought my car i was hitting fuel cut at 25psi (po installed boost controller incorrectly) But i could hold 20 psi all day long. This is with stock injectors as well! I live a few hours from denver colorado though so up here in elevation our cars turbos have to work harder to acheive the same flow which = a greater overall psi to obtain such flow. So technically there is no magic number because as stated above there are a dozen different variables to take into consideration. Also if you have 550's i highly doubt there is no tuning device in the car otherwise it would most likely not idle at all and run horribly.

I ran 17psi at 7200 feet.... Came back home and took a drive..Fuel cut, had to back it down to under 14...

But the strange thing..When with my currently broken turbo It could creep up to 20 psi and not hit fuel cut...

All turbo 1g ecu's will work in all 1g turbo's...HA ha ha..

But ahh whats up with th extra 20 you have laying around?

If it's in good condition and you swap pins 6 and 14. They changed locations between the 90 model year and the 91 model year on the ECU connector.

You release the two pins from the car's ECU connector and switch them so that what was pin 6 is now pin 14 and what was 14 is now 6.

Yep what steve said for using a 91= in a 90..And then same thing for 90 in 91+
