After many an hour of pulling out my hair trying to solve a boost, idle, MPG and overall absolutley no power problem. I threw in the factory ecu to elimintate the AEM from the equation. I figured out the problem, I dont want to tell you guys because I feel like such an idiot, but while driving around and doing some small pulls I noticed that Wideband is all over the place, 16:1 at idle 18:1 at less than 10% tps and very irregular. Under WOT the AFR is pretty steady at 11.7 to 12.5:1. Is this pretty normal? I dont know when the last time the fuel filter was changed and I dont intend on it as I have a fuel lab one with all braided lines and 1000cc injectors waiting to go it in.

mods on the car are as follows, K&N, FP manifold, 2.5-3 inch DP, full 3 inch no cat exhaust. boost is 11-12

The stock fuel curve goes as rich as 9.8:1 during WOT, maybe slightly richer.

I put the AEM back in it runs leaps and bounds better with it than the stock ECU. Might be the best part I have bought yet.
