ECUflash Ecuflash Target AFR problem

I am having a very hard time acheiving my target AFR in boost with ecuflash. My target is 11.1 but my wideband is only reading 12.2ish in full boost. This is with both evo 560cc injectors and 450cc injectors. I am running a 16g at 14-15psi. My fuel pressure is fine ( i have a afpr) and i have a walbro 255. I also am having problems with idle afr, but i have no front o2 and have closed loop shut off in ecuflash, I am going to wire my wideband as front o2. I have tried messing with latencies, but I can never get in boost afr to drop lower than 12. Is my issue in the fuel system or is it maf (air reading) related?

Have you followed this? You need to get your injectors dialed in. There's some good info in here...

Yes i have, but when i get WOT good, then my idle is too rich and when i get my idle good then WOT is too lean. I cannot seem to get very consistant idle AFR im not too sure why. It seems like it wants to be 18 at one point and then richen to 14 other times.

Get this fixed. You need your front O2 and closed loop to get your injector latency dialed in for idling. Your fuel trims are adjusted by the ECU based on feedback from that front O2. On the Ceddy link I posted, after you get WOT dialed in, it has a section below that telling you how to get your idling dialed in.

I am going to once i shut turn closed loop turned back on. i have feeling thia might help my issue
