Thanks again for the updates, gents! I can't wait to get this motor in the car and start assembling the puzzle.
 
We have been delayed trying to get OEM rods with factory bolts. We got 4 acceptable rods together. Got them blasted and reconditioned. Just finished up balancing them and setting the pistons on the rods. Should have a picture today of a short block.
