Resolved STM valve cover bolts

I bought a set of STM valve cover bolts. The outer bolts don't even bolt to the head. When I take the valve cover off and remove the gasket. Test fit the bolt, doesn't even come out the bottom enough. Any ideas?

You have a Hyundai valve cover, those bolts will not work. They are made for the factory valve cover. For that valve cover you are suppose to use studs and nuts.

Looks like you have a Hyundai valve cover. The valve cover bolt kit won't work with that cover as that cover requires longer bolts: Which bolts do I need for a Hyundai Valve Cover on my 1g dsm?
