still no 3rd and 4th after new master

ok guys.. i put my new clutch master cylinder in the other day... its holding fluid but i still dont have 3rd and 4th gear... i can start the car in 3rd or 4th and it will jump but i dont have them to drive in ... any ideas

Have you considered the slave? Have you checked to make sure your clutch fork is in allignment?

Doesn't sound like its a master or slave problem if you can get it into other gears. Might have broken the hub, slider, or the shift rail.

when 3rd and 4th went there was no noise.. nothing not even a grind... and when driving i dont hear and thing moving around had it up on a lift and cant hear anything like dismantled parts...

Sometimes you will hear something, sometimes you won't, especially if you were to break a rail.
