Still leaking/losing boost :(

I bought a new UICP and replaced the lower injector insulators (where my big leaks were coming from). I did another boost leak test and it went alot better, it took alot longer for the system to lose pressure, but it lost it faster than it should have (went from 15 psi to 5 in about 30 seconds). I heard air leaking from the rear of the throttle body but couldnt find where it was coming from. Any ideas? All i can think of is the tb gasket. Also, when i went for a test run, once again when i take off my car goes up to 10 psi, but drops to 6 psi once i get to about 4k rpm. Again any input would be appreciated. thanks

1. Spray soapy water around the TB area during the leak test and watch for bubbles.

2. Check for exhaust leaks before turbo.

3. Make sure the flapper is tightly shut.

4. Check the turbo for free spin and shaftplay.

Its most likely your tb shaft seals. Here's a link on how to replace them with an o-ring http://ca.dsm.org/FAQ/tb-shaftseals.html or you can replace the seals with machv's. Plus what oldman has said^ check you wg flapper. SEAFOAM FTW (for checking exhaust leaks)

I sprayed soapy water but couldnt see any bubbles, I heard the leak but couldnt see it. Checked for shaft play and there is none...just oil in the inlet that shouldnt be there, I need to get that taken care of. How would i check the flapper and for exhaust leaks? I thought fixing the big leaks I would atleast see an improvement but I didnt. The car feels exactly the same even tho it only has a small leak. Seems strange to me.

Definitly check all your Exhaust Manifold to head/Manifold to Turbo Bolts and make sure there tight.
