Ok i replaced my clutch with an act2100. after that the disengage point was to the floor. about 2 inches up. so i:
replaced: master, slave, and an extension rod for the slave(which helped). i will bleed it and runs perfect, but after a while it will start filling mushy, and go back to the floor disengagement. it doesnt run out of fluid or nothing, the resovoir is still full. so i dont think theres a leak. what else can it be? i searched and found all the ways you can bleed it, and did them all. it works but then it goes back to being a mush clutch. should i replace all my clutch lines? is that the last thing it can be externally?
i dont think its the clutch fork because it does work good, but it just goes back to being bad:confused:

Your stock clutch line is probably expanding slightly under the new pressure of the clutch. Try replacing it with a stainless steel line and that should probably take care of your problem. If that doesnt waork you might need a new fork.Good luck.

ok, so the mushy feeling i believe was because the master cylinder rod adjustment. the pedal isnt acting up anymore. but there is alot of freeplay at the top and still disengages close to the floor. its driveable. the pedal comes up perfectly everytime now. and drove around for a long time. by searching, i can believe that its my fork but not 100%, sure any input?

if i do drop the tranny should i just get a new flywheel, fork, and pivot ball just to be safe? do you guys think it can be the clutch also? its about a year old act2100.

Mine did something similar to that right before my fork snapped (while I was on a date). If you gonna take the tranny off you might as well get a lightened flywheel and replace the ball and fork. Don't learn the hard way like I did. :thumb:

just to be safe i'll be most likely replacing the fork, ball, and the flywheel. the clutch is not shot right? thats not symptoms of a bad clutch. is it?

Just adjust the bolt, and everything will be just fine. I had that problem just not too long ago. It put me down because I couldnt shift. The clutch didnt want to disengage.
