Starts and quits.. Help me please.

Yesterday I got my 1991 eagle talon running which is supposed to have a busted fuel pump. It took me all day after starting and it stopping, over, and over, and over. Then finally it ran, and started regularly and idled where it should be. I woke up this morning went out to start it and it won't. Does the same thing it did before. Starting RPMs shoot to 2500 it revs high then shuts down. I can't figure this car out. Any ideas?!?

pull your ecu and look for blown capacitors.
