car ran great last summer, tryed to start after winter, car starts then dies everytime.
After it dies I'm just hitting start again, so the fuel pump is not recycling. any ideas??

You tried giving it gas during start-up? Any back fire during start up and dying? With the key-on can you hear the fuel pump at any point?

It could possibly be the fuel pump or even the fuel filter.

There are several ways to "hot wire" the fuel pump. If you do and the car keeps running then check your ECU for leaking caps. It's not uncommon for the output for the fuel pump side of the MPI relay to get damaged.

You can either apply 12v to the fuel pump connector under the hood or ground ECU pin 56 (MPI relay pin 7)to turn the pump on.
