starting noise

I have a 1995 non turbo auto. and when i first start it, it makes a squealing noise then the noise is gone then when i drive over 60 the squealing comes back what the hell is it i recently replaced the serpentine belt so what else could it be

That is the traditional noise from a belt that is the wrong one or improperly tensioned.

if you recently replaced it, it could have stretched enough to make that annoying noise...

so more than likely it is just a belt issue nothing more?

remember the belts have to be the correct tension as well as the correct belt (proper width, length, thickness, type, number of grooves).
