I trimmed down the feed line where the pump connects to it and it is still hitting somthing i trimmed the rubber hose and tried using the thin rubber grommet at the bottom, it is still hitting somthing and im stumped:( also i wired my fcd up and when i blow into it the voltage stays at 5.04 will shopair hurt to blow in to it? or is there somthing wrong with my map sensor?

What fuel pump is it? I notice the HRC parts. You're not trying to install the accell in line pump inside the tank are you?

No it was the walbro 255hp i finally got it in idk what it was but now my fuel gauge doesnt work.. i dont even know where the float is since it isnt in the tank so idk. Finally figured out the FCD too Mike had 2 of the wires backwards, now i need to route the IC piping, downpipe, gauges, tie up some loose ends then maybe i can start it. Thanks guys

Anyone have any good pics of the routing of the IC piping? i cant figure it out, and how do you get the bottom bolt in the hrc DP on the turbo flange!?!?!?! I need a DP gasket too.

Go to the 2GNT forums, 2GNT Technical, Turbo/Nitrous, and there's a thread in there about IC pipe routing. I just read it last night actually.

Ha, I was just about to post that same link. Good luck with the rest of your install

Looking for some pics to beef up that thread and came across this pic. Looks like a very similar intercooler to yours, if not the same

Hey thanks guys that pic wont show up though and the IC pipe routing im looking for is the HRC FMIC IC pipes im not quite sure how the outlet off teh FMIC to the TB is routed i figured out the inlet into the fmic from the turbo, and HOW do you get the bottom bolt in the dp? i guess ill try shortening it.. thanks again

the picture seems to work over here, but you should be able to look at the hahn website for pics as well. Also double check to make sure your intercooler is botled up the right hole for the bracket so that the pipes line up correctly when you connect them.

Other than that its more like putting an easy puzzle together.

I figured it out i didnt know you had to cut out below the fuse box but now i just need a DP gasket the one off the turbo and hooking up my gauges so i can drive it.I only got it to make 2psi under no load i guess thats normal though but it didnt fuel cut and it blew off and i didnt hear any unusual noises.Anyone got a DP gasket or an idea on where to get one?? Thanks

I blew that stuff right out on day two. You could give it a shot, but it didn't work for me. I'd look for stainless gaskets on eBay, or various DSMTuners vendors.

I have been running no gasket on the downpipe since I've been turbo cause my turbo uses a weird bolt pattern for the flange. I'll maybe try the copper gasket stuff for the eclipse this time around.

i already have some of that copper gasket material on it. but idk if its leaking or not its so loud since its open DP i cant hear a leak.Im gonna feel tommorrow if i can feel it leaking without the fan on.Gauges and exhaust is all i lack to get her on the road, minus my bumper which is not important yet LOL, Thanks for all the help guys.

Well put it this way. I put that stuff on everytime a bolt of mine pops out, but I usually let it sit for 2-4hours before I even start the engine up again, and thats when I'm in a rush. Usually I let that stuff sit over night, and cure really hard.

It works for some people, but I've haven't had any issues unless I don't let it cure.

wow i just drove the car for the first time its only making 5 or 6 psi spools at about 3600think i may have an exhaust or boost leak i need to make a tester and see, also need to check the WG and see if the WG actuator arm is threaded all the way in or out, im running the turboxs rfl with no washers i tried two and it had some compressor surge but still never got above 6 would i thread the arm in or out for more boost? thanks guys

Well if i dont find any boost leaks tommorrow and that actuator arm is a PITa to adjust like i read ill ###### jsut get a MBC and adjust it to 9psi on my gauge which equates to like 8 into my engine correct? will it be that big of a difference and i can hear a tiny ticking like an exhaust leak but cant tell where its coming from do you think this affecting my performance? Ill get pics up tommorrow when i get my bumper on:)

Heres the finished pics cept my bumper, i didnt put it on because i didnt have the right size line to put my tranny cooler on but this weekend i should get it on, the max i could get the wastegate to open at was 7.5psi so i should be able to get 1.5 more psi out of it with a boost controller.Give me some input on what you think.
