Squeaking Noise Please Help

okay so i just bought a 1999 eclipse gs and noticed a squeaking noise..first thing i changed out was alternator belt and then serpentine belt..still squeaking next thing just for the heck of it put in a new power steering pump still squeaking..and yes all the belts are really tight..possibly harmonic balance that seems to be where the squeak is coming from and the squeak gets louder when accelerating..and i know for a fact it isnt the alternator or that belt..any ideas ?

Sorry that you took it to the stealership. Just wondering if you bought it from them ? I'ts either the belts or the crank pulley. Im sure they'll fix the problem just hope it doesn't cost you a small fortune. Good luck dealing with those folks because I refuse to. I buy their parts but not the services.

Well, all fixed apparently they got sometype of fluid on the serpentine belt after replacing the alternator one and it was glazed. The PS pump pulley was loose. All good now thank God.
