Sprung weight vs Unsprung weight

Just a quick question, when doing weight reduction is it more effective to reduce the sprung weight, tire and rims, which is what um thinking.

Or is it better to remove stuff in the car, seats,spare etc.

unsprung weight would yeld better results then sprung weight but its not bad to drop sprung weight its just better to do unsprung cause its easier to spin a 15lb wheel vs a 50lb wheel. Ive done more sprung reduction then unsprung just cause it costs less and its easier, seats and spare included.
