Spark tech question.

So I am wanting to upgrade to the spark tech system for my 99 GS-T but here is my problem I do not know much about the system and I am currently running a MSD ignition. Will the MSD screw up the upgrade or will it run with it?

C.O.P may look sweeter, but stay with stock ignition it is better overall.

Unless you want it for looks I see no need to switch to C.O.P
