spark tech COP setup

ok I installed the 91-94 cop setup on my 91 block in my 96 gsx. I got a back fire on startup. would that be caused from not having the 90-94 cas button switched on in dsmlink or would the cop be wired wrong?

The firing order is different, that is why you are getting the backfires.

You'll need to run the firing order for the same year ECU that it's installed in the car.

Read this, it has info for COP setups as well towards the bottom.

You will have to swap the 2 pins in harness plug.
