spark plugs/ radiator coolant

hi im new to the dms world im sure this ? has been asked before but i cant find the answer im looking for i have a 97 spyder stock gst with 92k on it and im going to replace the raidator coolant and spark plugs and oil but i dont know what type to use can anyone help me. everytime i look this ? up i get cars that have lots of mods nd i dont think my stock engine uses the same as theres?

In my opinion, any coolant will work. Spark plugs NGK BPR7ES are the preferred plug. Whatever oil you prefer.

To add to that, I'd say any 10w30 oil you prefer. Otherwise spot on.

I just wouldn't run dexcool coolant.(orange)

If your from cali like your account says i wouldnt run full coolant, buy full coolant but only use half and the other half use water from your house. You could probably get away with using all water year round there! and to that i say you suck ;}

oil i would recommend a thicker weight than 10w30 being that you live in a warmer environment especially in summer, but it still would work fine.
