Spal fans hardwired?

I have just recieved my punishment radiator with spal fans for my 1g. I want to cut the harness and hard wire the spal wires to the stock wires. The problem is there are 3 wires for my stock harness,and only two for the spal. Im not sure wich wires go to what? any input helps.

2 wires are power wires and one is ground... Both power wires need to be wires to the power wire on the fan. Its for the hi and low fan speeds

Ok thankyou for your help very much! So I assume that the green blue,and the green and white are wired together and the black is ground? thanks again man!

Yeah i did alot of searching,but most are for 2gs. I have a solid black wire,a green with white stripe wire,and green with blue stripe wire on the factory harness. My spal fan has a blue,and red wire.
