Something I am playing with - mmcdraw

I was bored today, so I decided I would play around with some programming. I decided I wanted to make an application that could graph simple data that could be gathered from the mmcd logs.

Now, I know you can use Excel's graphing feature, but I just felt like making my own.

This is where I got after 5-10 minuntes worth of work.

What I plan on doing is getting it to load the CSV files that are pulled off of the palm and plot certain columns from that. For now it just uses a preset list of RPM ranges (multiply the number in the left chart by 100 to get the rpm (after clicking draw))

I just wanted to get basic functionality down (plotting..scrolling)

I doubt anyone will find it useful, but maybe I'll post more updates as I add more features.

To anyone that was interested . . .

I updated MMCdraw, after a few hours of work I have a really basic graphing functionality based on the CSV files. I have included a sample CSV file (these are files that you get off of your Palm that is running the MMCd software), and a sample config file for color/max value.

There is no error checking, so the steps I would take to have it work properly (on this version) would be to open the CSV file then click Load. Then load the config.ini file, then go to the graph tab and select either TIMA or ERPM or both and click graph.

Have fun with what has been created so far (as horrible as it is)
