I sat back today and thought about it... I have a 16g turbo with 3 inch turbo back exhauast running 13-15 psi, Im wanting to push ehh maybe 18-20, What Fuel mods or any mods for that matter would i have to do to achive this goal?

You need at least a 190 with 550 cc injectors or 650's. Also a logger and a fpr would be nice too if you dont already have one.

And you need to rewire the pump and have some way of controlling the larger injectors (S-AFC, DSMLink, ECU+, etc.). If you go near the 400hp mark, you might also consider ARP head studs.

I forgot to read your profile before replying, but if you have a 1g BOV, you'll need to either mod it (Dodge mod or crush it) or get another BOV. The 1g will start leaking at around 17-18psi.

If you don't have a logger and go S-AFC, you need a logger.

Edit: Okay, I looked at your profile  You really should fill it out. If you have a lot, list as many of the major ones as you can recall. It really helps us answer your questions...especially "what mods do I need" questions when we know what mods you already have. Okay, I'm done ranting :D.

How many miles on that stock motor and head gasket? They are made well, but if you have any plans of upgrading more in the future, now would be the time for that MLS and ARPs..

140,000, Im doing timing belt somtime this week, Even though it looks fine. Can never be to safe! I planned on doing supporting mods before i went crazy anyhow, So basiclly what would be the right thing to do is... Replace headgasket, While im at it get APR head studs and im not sure what the other thing you are stating is.

Heres a list: :thumb:

1. Replace your headgasket
(He said MLS which stands for Multi Layered Steel) go with Cometic or an OEM MLS gasket
2. ARP headstuds
3. Rewired 190 Walbro fuel pump
4. PTE 680cc injectors
5. AFPR kit from importevolution.com,
6. Wideband o2 Sensor of your choice
7. AFC but please Go with DSMLink if you can afford it

+1 for the DSM Link, well worth the money, especially with the combination of the wideband. Buy it once and no matter what mods you do, you can tune and re tune yourself. I think there is a step by step either on here or vfaq for crushing your BOV. If you can change your own timing belt, you can do that yourself too

Crush it? And what dodge BOV are we talking about? I haven't heard of that upgrade yet...

The "Dodge mod" is what Oblivion02 linked to. That's one way to modify the 1g BOV to hold more boost.

The other mod is to crush the 1g BOV. I'll let you or someone else find the link. The BOV has a spring in the top part of it that holds the valve closed against boost pressure. By crushing the BOV (literally...you put it in a vice and smash it a bit), you compress the spring which preloads it a bit more than when it was "taller", so it can hold a bit more boost.

Take a look at both mods and decide which you prefer...and search to see if you can find any info saying one is better than the other. I've seen crushed 1g BOVs in the forum classifieds section, so maybe you could just buy a crushed one. I'd rather do it myself so that I knew it was done right;), but that's just me.

A friend told me that i could run a 255 fuel pump, with stock injectors running 20psi, With AFC? true or false?

No that is totally false :notgood:
That would be terrible your IDC% would be ridiculous
Dont listen to that friend LOL
You need at least FIC 650cc injectors depending if your going
to stick with this turbo forever or get some FIC 1,050cc injectors if your going to
get a bigger turbo later on. No sense in buying something twice.
You also need a AFPR Kit to go with that Walbro 255 pump
