After installing a new clutch last fall, I am finally sick of it being soft. I installed a new slave, bled it 20 times, and still no go. It is soft until it almost reaches the floor, then it engages. The master isn't leaking. Also, if I push the clutch all the way to the floor, it sometimes won't go into gear? :hmm:

I have literally done that video step by step... No avail... I am starting to think I may have installed something wrong internally :(

Only other thing I can think of is your hydraulic line. I always go with steel-braided line for everything that way I know they don't flex. Older rubber lines will flex and since you have installed a new clutch and I am assuming its more heavy duty than stock, it could cause you the problem, worth looking in to since you have tried almost everything else.

Also try having somebody push the pedal in the car while you watch the travel of the shaft and see if its travels long enough or if it does bottom out. Or if you see something suspicious going on.

3rd the SS line and Dampener elimination.

Also, when you installed the slave, did you remove the Restrictor?

Before you did the video I posted above, did you make sure to back out the top switch on the pedal as high as it would go while still maintaining contact.

What clutch did you install, did you step the flywheel, and did you check to make sure the pivot ball didn't need to be shimmed?
