soft high pitched screech from tranny or near tranny

anyone have any ideas? as i described above it seems to be a soft screeching noise while in 4th gear when throttle is applied, only when in 4th gear so far

any ideas?

I have the same problem only it happens on second when im dropping the throtle its a high pitched hiss right?
