socketing in california?

i have an e-prom ecu that i want to get socketed for a keydiver chip but i dont want the ecu to be out of my car for more than 2 days because its my DD so i was wondering if theres a place that does the service near or in sacramento california. thanx

Find a local computer shop. Not a best buy but a locally owned shop they should be able to do it for you.
