I have a TurboXS MBC hooked up. The nipple coming from the side of it is going to my wastegate, and the nipple on the bottom is going to my boost source, which is a nipple on my j pipe. I had the boost controller fully closed and didn't get one PSI more. I tested the boost controller by leaving it connected to the wastegate but pulling the boost source line of and hooking it up to my compressor. The line popped off before the wga opened. Any info for me?

It seemed to be working fine when I hooked up my compressor. I don't understand how it wouldn't change it at all? Not even one additional PSI with it fully closed! I tried it both ways, switch the lines around from the wga and boost source to different nipples on the boost controller. I don't have any boost leak that big that would cause no change at all.

Im only able to run the stock boost of the stock wastegate. Even with the boost controller on and fully closed, I cannot boost past stock PSI, maybe even lower like between 9-10 psi. But interesting that you said that, because when I came back home and popped the hood, the front right (closest to the bumper on drivers side) exhaust manifold bolt had backed itself out. Could this be a sign of something more?

Well I took the boost controller apart, and all there is inside is a little piece of metal that screws in and out. I'm able with my own breath to blow through both holes with it closed all the way! I'm no expert but shouldn't it be harder than that to blow through it? If I can blow through it than it's not building any additional pressure to the wastegate.

Yea so I ordered a new ball spring boost controller. I don't know what the deal is with the turboxs one but it wasn't changing my boost. And I fail to see how a boost controller that I can easily blow through with it tightened all the way down is working properly.
