So on the picture is a plug and I'm wondering if thats where the tranny fluid goes in..

No. There is an oil filler plug on the side of the tranny. It would be easier for you to gain access to it if you lift the car and go under it. You will also see the oil drain plug near it. If you are going to change the tranny fluid you're going to need a hand pump.
