It looks like it's part of your EVAP system. It may go to your intake pipe but I've never seen that type of hose with the filter(?) right before the end of it.

It's too short to go to the intake pipe, there is one that does go to the intake pipe though, and it is not that one. I couldn't find any available/open places to plug this one. Thanks for the input jjrock
