Anyone know where this ground wire goes to.

It is a uninsulated wire going towards the o2 sensor. All four wires are going to the sensor and are all connected so it cannot be one of the insulated four. looks like a grounding strip that is going along the wires. I am just wondering what it is supposed to be connected to.

I'm pretty sure that's the shield on the O2 sensor loom. Grounding the shield will help block any electrical interference from the high voltage and high frequency components on your engine (coils mostly). It might offer some thermal benefits too to keep the wires from becoming brittle over time, since its hear the exhaust manifold. Connect it to anything that is ground and you should be good to go.

Ok thanks everone went out and looked at the shield turned out it did have a washer for the wire thanks everone.
