So im having abother boost problem

After I ran it at the track and my Tensioner got messed up and had to replace it, I've been having this boost problem where I can't boost past 3,200 rpm. I'm on a stock base map tune and was kind of having the same issue before but I was able to hit boost but not full boost, I can't hit boost at all. My car will start to stutter like crazy trying to hit boost around 3k rpm. Checked for boost leaks and we didn't find any, idk what it could be. I was having this same issue when my motor was in my other shell

When you say 'Tensioner' do you mean the timing one correct? If so have you checked all the timing marks? It sounds like its off a tooth or two.

Yeah the timing one. But if it was off wouldn't it idle or drive even in vacuum like shit? When I'm in vacuum it drives fine just trying to hit boost it does that. Friend of mine said possibly the spark plugs. My cook packs are new
