boost problem

Ok I searched first so don't tell me to search , anyway I have a problem with building boost, I can get to 13 that's it though, I have no boost leaks, my mbc is hooked up right, I was curious if the maf translator has anything to do with it, I am stumped, this isn't my first go with any kind of boosted vehicle, I am lost, if anyone could help me is greatly appreciate it, thanks guys.

Is your wastegate stuck open or working properly?

Havnt checked because I didn't think it would hold steady at 13 if it was

check for a obstruction in the exhaust. I had a similar problem which was caused because my flex section collapased to a 1" opening.

Thanks a lot man, I never even thought about the flex section on the exhaust and I have heard of that and I just never even thought of that. I will defiantly check that in the am, thanks again.
