Small Temp Issue. (already searched)

OK first. its a 93 gsx with a 3" exhaust, open k&n and a boost controller. Now, I've noticed as of late when I am drive and i punch it and go through the gears (or even just from 2500 to 5000 in 5th) my temp jumps up then when i slow down it goes back down below the first mark (where it stays at idle and under normal driving conditions) Coolant is full. Maybe that's just normal but I was wondering if its a sign of something worse going on. thanks in advance.

Check thermostat, water pump, radiator cap and head gasket.

make sure ya dont have any air in the system and that your fans are working properly
