I just got done porting my small 16g, and i noticed the wastegate flapper doesn't quite seal. Is this going to be a big problem? If so, how do I fix it?

It would be better for flow and preventing creep if you went deeper like this! And yes the flapper not sealing is def bad. You might want to get another housing or bigger flapper and port to fit.

Yeah, I was thinking bigger flapper. Any DIY ideas? I'm hoping to get this back on today. I also noticed it's off center quite a bit. If it was dead center over the hole, it would cover fine. Is it possible to adjust somehow?

There's not really much you can do. Except get a bigger flapper, I don't think you will get solid boost without doing so. How was it boosting before since it seems like it's been that way for awhile? I would source a new housing to be honest, it's olny going to get worse and worse.

I just talked to the previous owner and he said it ran fine. I really is tiny, the pic makes it look bigger than it is. I'm going to run it, and if I have problems I'll fix it later : P I'm planning on a tdo5 20g in the future anyway, and I'm getting pretty good at popping the turbo/manifold on and off.
